To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@signowl.app with your account email and reason for the refund
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days

6. Payment processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly.

7. Plan changes

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for downgrades, but you retain access to the higher plan features until the period ends.

If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
