Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a template after creating it?

Yes. Open the template, make changes to fields or content, and save. Existing documents already sent from the template are not affected — only future sends use the updated version.

Are templates shared across my team?

On Business plans, templates you create are visible to all team members in the organization. On Pro, templates are private to your individual account.

Is there a limit to how many templates I can save?

Business plans have no template limit. Pro plans can save up to 20 templates. Free plans do not include template saving.
