Upload a CSV with names and email addresses, or enter them manually, and SignOwl creates an individual signing instance for each recipient. How it works

1. Choose a document or template — Select an existing document or a saved template. Bulk Send works with any document that has a single signer role.
2. Upload recipients — Import a CSV file with name and email columns, or type recipients manually. There is no hard cap on recipient count at the Business plan level.
3. Send all at once — SignOwl generates individual signing instances and sends each recipient a unique email with their private signing link.
