SignOwl's custom branding lets you replace the default signing page appearance with your own logo, primary color, and company name. Signers see your brand throughout the entire experience — from the invitation email to the confirmation page. Business plan subscribers can remove the SignOwl badge entirely, delivering a seamless white-label experience to clients who will never know what platform is powering it.

How it works
- Open branding settings — Navigate to Organization Settings > Branding. This is available to Business plan admins.
- Upload your logo — Upload a PNG or SVG logo. It appears in the top bar of every signing page and in outbound emails.
- Set your brand color — Enter a hex color code. Buttons and accents on the signing page adopt your color, replacing SignOwl's default blue.
- Remove SignOwl badge — Toggle "Hide SignOwl branding" to remove the "Powered by SignOwl" footer badge from all signing pages.
Frequently asked questions
Which plans include custom branding?
Logo and color customization are available on Business plans. Badge removal (full white-label) is a Business plan feature. Pro and Free plans display the SignOwl brand on signing pages.
Does branding apply retroactively to documents already sent?
Branding changes apply to all future signing sessions. Documents that are currently in progress use the branding that was active when they were sent.
Can I use a custom domain for the signing page?
Custom domain support is on the roadmap. Currently, signing pages are hosted on signowl.app but your branding (logo, colors, no badge) makes the domain less prominent to signers.
